ASSIGNMENT
A large, pan-European real estate investment company approached us to rethink and reposition a planned modernization project with office and commercial space and a connection to a shopping center from the brand perspective.
APPROACH
We developed a plan for the implementation of sustainable and profitable exploitation of the existing market potential for the partially outdated business complex. To this end, we developed a brand strategy in the sense of a differentiating positioning, which was translated into a feasible customer experience and utilization concept.
RESULT
As a result, we were able to agree on an implementation plan in 2022, including a positioning concept, action planning and budgeting as well as the further implementation steps. The client was responsible for further implementation.
